Administration Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide professional administration duties and support to our Programs staff and Nurse Supervisor for the Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program (ANFPP) in the Pilbara.

The role requires:

  • high level administrative support; 
  • management of new ANFPP client referral processes; 
  • review and action on relevant client recalls and reminders as delegated; 
  • Monitor stationery/stock and order as per established procedures; 
  • Participate in and minute relevant ANFPP and clinic meetings; 
  • Undertake ANFPP support tasks to ensure clients and staff have up to date information, including maintenance of ANFPP forms, program and educational materials, and client contacts as requested by the nurse supervisor.
  • Manage travel bookings 
  • And other administrative duties as directed

Nurse Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife has become available to establish and manage the Pilbara Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program (ANFPP) in the Pilbara.

The ANFPP is a licenced adaptation of the Nurse-Family Partnership model developed by Professor David Olds at the University of Colorado, USA. It is a program of sustained and scheduled home visiting for first time mothers that begins during the antenatal period and continues until the child is two years old. The program supports voluntary clients to improve their personal health and wellbeing, environmental health, increase their self-efficancy and improve the health and development of their children.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, compassionate and committed individual in the full time role of Nurse Supervisor to work within our Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program (ANFPP). The ANFPP Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for the consultation, establishment, implementation and day to day management of the Pilbara ANFPP.
